My husband always seems to come up with great ideas for new applications. He rarely has time to pursue them, so over Memorial Day weekend when we had a little extra time to "geek-out" he wrote a Twitter application that notifies followers of bad weather in their area. Being the other half of the developer/designer duo, I had the priveledge of coming up with the design.
No one likes to be caught in bad weather without warning, so we decided to help prevent that from happening to you. Badwthr is dedicated to providing followers with the most recent weather updates for their zip code. All of the information is taken directly from the National Weather Service so you know it is legitimate. Best of all, Badwthr will only send you messages relevant to your zip code so you don't have to worry about being slammed with unnecessary notifications.
Just find us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/badwthr and click follow. We'll send a direct message with instructions from there.
