SOUL PANCAKE
Found a great new site on Twitter today called SoulPancake. It's started by Rainn Wilson and here is what he has to say
Hi. I’m Rainn Wilson. I’m an actor. I helped create this here Web site, SoulPancake.
What is SoulPancake? Well, it’s more of a mission than a Web site...
We want to make discussions about Spirituality, Creativity, and Philosophy cool again. Were they ever cool? I have no idea. But it seems like a good idea. We want to engage the user to “Chew on Life’s Big Questions”™. (I was kidding about the ™ symbol; you can use that phrase however you want. Even to sell frozen taquitos.) Where do you go on the Interwebs if you want an irreverent, fun, and profound take on God and Art and the Soul and Faith and Beauty? Fox.com? Maybe. But maybe also here at SoulPancake.com.
We provide some rockin’ content (interviews, blogs, challenges, contests, features, and more), but it’s really all about having YOU—the SoulPancake community—bring this site to life. Say what’s on your mind. Be real. Talk about WHY WE’RE HERE. And if I say something that offends you, let me have it.
Just remember: Life is a rich, weird, difficult experience. So join us as we go on the spiritual and artistic journey that is SoulPancake."

TAPE ON SUNGLASSES? SIGN ME UP!
Too good to be true. Found this via Gizmodo.
What is the worst product idea you've ever heard? Now double it. We're talking about sunglasses that tape on, and yes, they're real.
Starting this spring, hipster-fashion-tape-design-company Azumi & David will sell you sunglasses tape. We'd like to believe that the sticky ribbon is merely intended to spruce up a shirt or a bag, you know, with the treasured facade of casually dangling glasses. We'd like to believe that.
But you know what? At minimum, two poor Azumi & David models are penciling in their eye expressions as we speak.

EXHIBITION PICTURES
We took pictures this afternoon in my senior exhibition class for the purpose of promoting our show. Each student was to dress in a way that would intrigue people to visit the show. I'm not sure why I didn't think of something like this earlier.

WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS?
Absolutely amazing work on Behance by Allison Wilton for her BFA thesis. Of her work she says, "Shown above is documentation of the book I designed, printed and bound containing documentation of all my senior thesis work. The book contains images I shot of all 16 artists books I completed in one semester along with writing about each project. I also included pages that were taken from actual monoprints that I used to make the artist books. 17"5".75" hardcover bound with aluminum handle."
